Chefs Michael Nowak and Adam Lambert source the finest and freshest local and organic ingredients. Sometimes our farmer friends drop off something tasty that we build a new seasonal dish around. Look for wild ramps and artichokes in the Spring. Sweet corn and heirloom tomatoes are delicious in the Summer. Autumn brings local apples and root vegetables. And we stay warm through the Winter with our ciders, brussel sprouts and pumpkins.

Our changing frequently and with the seasons. Please feel free to call or email for our current options.

Please call us for a current menu at 216.274.1010 or email us at BarCento@gmail.com.

We’re happy to find so many wonderful local purveyors of fine products.  Many are organic, most are family owned, all are passionate about working with Bar Cento to bring you the finest and freshest food.

  • Basketeria in the West Side Market stocks fresh produce from local farmers.  Tom and Anita are always ready with a smile and a kind word.
  • Bay Branch Farm is a short bike ride away in Lakewood, Ohio and has amazing fresh and organic produce from Annabel and Eric.
  • Blue Loon Farms in Kent, Ohio brings us gorgeous multi-colored eggs from Farmer Courtland’s heirloom chickens.  The Sunnyside pizza never tasted so good.
  • Brundy Farms in Akron, Ohio brings us eggs from chickens that aren’t just “free-range”……they’re out in the pasture running around in nature.
  • Chef Nowak’s home garden in Tremont produces a smorgasbord fresh herbs.
  • K J Greens in Bristolville, Ohio has an abundance of fresh produce.
  • Local Foragers roam the hills and countryside in our beautiful state and bring bushels of ramps, fiddle head ferns, garlic scapes, and mushrooms of all kinds.  Some of our favorites are chanterelles, morels, black trumpets, and lobster mushrooms.
  • Lucky Penny Farms.  Abby raises Nubian, La Mancha and Alpine Dairy Goats for delicious cheese and goat meat right here in Northeast Ohio.
  • Ohio City Pasta.  Our good friend and Ohio City neighbor Gary Thomas is a quiet and powerful force in the food world.  Oh yeah, and he’s been known to enjoy a Belgian beer on occasion.
  • Ohio City Fish Company from…..well, you guessed it, Ohio City.  Tom is a rock star in the world of fresh fish.
  • Rittman Orchards in Doylestown, Ohio brings us all sorts of fresh seasonal produce lovingly grown by Matt and his family.
  • Stone Oven Bakery.  Tatjana dances the tango.  And her bakery’s goodness graces Bar Cento’s brioche burger buns, table bread, bread pudding, crostini, and so much more.
  • Tea Hill Farms in Loudonville, Ohio supplies us with delicious pasture raised pork.
  • The West Side Market.  We go there every day.  Well, every day they’re open.  And in case you forgot, it’s Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.  Just like it’s always been since 1912.  (p.s. McNulty’s Bier Markt and Bar Cento are both open 364 days a year.  Just like we’ve always been since 2004.  We close this big machine down on one day in January-time so we can show the love to our staff and all go out together for a night on the town.  Can we invite you to our next shindig?)
  • Local farmers all over northeast Ohio.  Our state has amazing soil, sweet water from Lake Erie and our many rivers, hard working and visionary farmers, and sunshine to smile on our crops.  Do you have some Ohio bounty that you’d like to see on the Bar Cento menu?  Call us at 216.274.1010 so we can sit down and chat.
  • Indigo Imp Brewery.  Matt and Kathy are brewing it up on Superior Avenue and East 36th Street.  Another brewery in our fair city.
