In front of the sea and the endless beach, behind friendly green hills, near and around cities and towns rich in art and history; located in the wonderful place of the Marche, protected by a religious stele still revered by those who live thanks to the sea and from which it takes its name, on the beach of Marzocca in the province of Ancona, is Madonna del Pescatore.

Mariella greets guests and leads them to taste the unusual and innovative dishes of the chef, the patron saint of Moreno. The cuisine, mostly centered on fish, combines imagination with the ability to combine raw materials: from sushi to cutlet with turbot and breakfast, each dish is handled in detail to give the guest a unique taste.

La Madonnina del Pescatore is the oldest Cedroni company, now well developed, skillfully structured, but always open to innovation, just like its patron.

La Madonnina del Pescatore is a place where tradition meets experimentation, a stage where no one stops, a theater of our extremely dynamic and forever young local culinary art. From the chef Luca Abbadir, Cedroni’s alter ego, to his wife Mariella Organi, who takes care of the guests, each of the chef’s staff follows this philosophy of dedication, passion, everything that makes Madonnina absolutely worthy of the goals achieved.

The picture is crowned by Chef Moreno Cedroni, who runs the demanding kitchen, a very modern laboratory inspired by these concepts. The architecture and furnishings, designed by Fabio Ceccarelli, reflect a modernity that is prudent and attentive to service, flexible and composed, according to the criteria of the essence. The beach and the sea, on the other hand, represent the survival of a landscape resistant to the waves of mass tourism, far from the sophistication of civilization: the laboratory, the artificial and natural environment are therefore components of the ideal restaurant.
