Though it might at first sound intimidating, our Pork Ndjua (en-doo-ya) pizza is worth the risk. Ndjua is house made, Calabrian-style pork sausage. It’s spicy and will change what you think of traditional salami. Along with along with a corn puree from the local Rittman Orchards, provolone, green onion, and an Ohio corn salsa, this pizza is definitely a treat!
