Cuvee sans Chene
No, you’re not in Napa……this is Geneva, Ohio just East of Cleveland. Gorgeous wine-growing region with a few surprisingly delicious wines. Bar Cento is now pouring the Local Chardonnay – Cuvee sans Chene – from Harpersfield Vineyard by the glass. This classic un-oaked Chardonnay drinks fresh and lively with notes of mature fruit and great depth and intensity. Friday never tasted so good!
Pork Ndjua Pizza
Though it might at first sound intimidating, our Pork Ndjua (en-doo-ya) pizza is worth the risk. Ndjua is house made, Calabrian-style pork sausage. It’s spicy and will change what you think of traditional salami. Along with caramelized onions, mozzarella, provolone and a green tomato salsa verde, this pizza is definitely a treat!
